Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to selling both online and in person, inventory may occasionally sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options including replacement or refund.
ORDER ACCURACY
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.
SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP
We offer shipping and local pickup options. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
